i usually hate the colour orange, but when it comes to leaves i can deal. mainly because they make the streets so beautiful and happy. it wasn't even sunny outside when these photos were taken but the orange leaves just warm up the photos.

doctors say i'm the illest

Long weekend, yet I was super short on time. Had to squeeze in this make-shift photoshoot inbetween dinner and a movie and to be honest I'm not a big fan of the outcome. Why was my hair so flat that day? I'm posting these photos however, because I recently purchased these shoes! I've been wanting them forever and just wanted to share my excitement and satisfaction with the world. Hopefully there will be better photos for you in the future.

Also, I've recently discovered a way to post vertical photos without ruining the quality - so that's also new .. but not as exciting as my new wedges!

i'm glad we met

My new Zara knit kept me cozy this breezy weekend. The weather was super deceiving and decided to look beautiful but feel like an igloo. I sported my Michael Kors Hamilton Tote with the chained shoulder strap for once because my arm actually got tired at one point, which is new. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing weekend. Now time to hit the books, summer is officially over.

don't let me get in my zone

Apologies for the lack of posts, schools starting and along with it comes a lot of tasks and events. These photos are from a trip downtown at the end of August, so yes - they're late. I headed downtown for some work training and then explored the area and the St. Lawrence Market afterwards! This is my third school-girl Ralph Lauren Blazer, obviously I love them. 

Expect some more interesting fashion-geared posts soon (as opposed to my recent personal-outings posts) because I've finally moved into London and my two roomies also happen to be two of my favourite fashionistas. You'll meet them soon!

paradise beach

Mini scrapbook of my past two weeks! Started off my vacation in Orlando for a bit of shopping and then boarded the Carnival Inspiration in Tampa. The ship took us to Cayman Island - Grand Cayman and Cozumel - a small island off the coast of Mexico in the Carribean Sea, before docking back in Florida. 

Stingrays, gorgeous deep blue oceans and poolside piña coladas filled my week. Sad to be back, but happy to be blogging again!

Photoshoot with the baby sister today. We ran around the back of our local recreation center scouting for interesting photospots. It`s days like these that make me happy to have a sister.

This is the second time I've ever worn these badboys (the Steve Madden glitters) and it made me realize I definitely need to go to more fabulous places so I can show them off more often!

I went with a pair of jeans for the outdoor OVOXO Drake concert I attended. They proved to be useful when I needed to climb over a fairly tall railing to get to my seats! A skirt definitely would not have worked out. Plus there's my irrational fear of mosquitoes. My photos feature a pair of red pumps my mother brought back from a trip to Buffalo with her girlfriends, but I didn't actually wear them to the concert - didn't think it would be very practical!

I had amazing night. Drake, Rick Ross, The Weeknd, NAS, J.Cole, Stevie Wonder and Lil' Wayne made the steep prices for parking worth it. Great music with even greater friends, greatest day of my summer thus far!

Have some free time right now - in between getting off work and going out for dinner and a movie, so I decided to document my altered work-outfit. Blouse was worn to work today but I traded in my work pants for this cute skirt I found while rummaging in my mother's closet. Kinda sorta maybe in love with the criss cross detail on the sides. Also traded in my boring black work pumps for a new pair of L.A.M.B sandal/heels - they have a super cute mirror heel, makes them different from any other ordinary sandals, plus they're very comfy.
